Privacy policy

What we collect

• Websites you ask us to scan: the address, and the public pages our scanner loads (the structure of failing elements, not your visitors’ data).
• Purchases: handled by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. We receive your email, the product bought and a checkout reference. We never see card details.
• Usage counts: daily counts of events (scans, checkouts), by referral source. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
• Abuse prevention: a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limits, not the IP itself.

How we use it

To run scans, deliver your reports, send alerts you configure, and prevent abuse. We do not sell data.

Retention

Free scan page data is deleted after 30 days. Customer scan history is kept while your account is active (it is your remediation evidence) and deleted on request.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, database, browser rendering), Polar (payments), and an email provider when email alerts are enabled.

Your rights

Email us to access, export or delete your data. EU/UK users have GDPR rights including complaint to a supervisory authority.

Your dashboard link acts as your password. Keep it private.
