The service

Threshwise runs automated accessibility tests (based on axe-core and keyboard heuristics) on public web pages you are authorised to test, and provides explanations, suggested code changes, manual-test guidance, re-scans and monitoring.

Important limitations

• Automated testing detects only part of all accessibility issues. Results may include false positives or miss issues.
• Threshwise does not provide legal advice, certify compliance with the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, AODA, Section 508 or any law or standard, or guarantee that your site will not be subject to complaints or legal claims.
• Suggested code is generated from rendered HTML. Review and test changes before deploying them; you are responsible for your site.

Acceptable use

Only scan sites you own or are authorised to test. Do not use the service to overload, probe or attack any site. We rate-limit and may block abusive use.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. The Fix Pack is a one-time purchase with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monitor is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; it runs to the end of the paid period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. The service is provided “as is”.
